T WASH

A powdered alkaline chemical which when dissolved in water produces a solution that degreases aluminium and its alloys. Used by dip, it does not etch nor dull polished aluminium surfaces nor noticeably smut high-silicon alloys. On extruded aluminium it dissolves out magnesium oxide and prevents subsequent preferential caustic etching. An excellent degreaser, it also removes polishing compounds from stainless steels and is a suitable mild cleaner for mild steel and zinc to prevent coarse phosphating. Complies with DEF STAN 03-2/3 Method B.2(ii).

ABSOL DPS is a light-brown, clear liquid with an s.g. of 1.33 @ 15°C. It consists of a carefully developed blend of alkalis, chelatants, dispersants and surfactants designed for optimum performance. ABSOL DPS is a highly concentrated alkaline liquid cleaner for ferrous metals. Developed for use by spray, power wash or immersion, ABSOL DPS will remove oils, greases, soaps, oxides, phosphate coatings and other soils prior to electroplating or other metal finishing operations.

A multi-purpose, concentrated liquid cleaner formulated to remove soils from a variety of ferrous and non-ferrous in rapid time. Ideal for use by spray or power wash applications, ABSOL SNR contains a corrosion inhibitor system designed to: a) Prevent attack on sensitive metals such as zinc and aluminium and (b) Provide protection after processing. ABSOL SNR also incorporates efficient water conditioners to enable consistent performance, even in hard water areas. ABSOL SNR may also be operated without subsequent rinsing operations.
