Episode 2
It’s been three months since our Operations Manager Wayne Thornhill embarked on a new career move with a firm plan in place to become the next generation Technical Service Representative with PMD Chemicals.
During the first 12 weeks of Wayne’s training he has covered the following:
> 48 joint customer visits
> 412 customer samples taken for analysis
> Supported 4 process installations
> Made 24 solo customer visits to take samples for analysis
> Completed 92hrs of in-house process training
> Completed 24 customer visit reports
Phase 2 will see Wayne moving into troubleshooting and problem solving as part of his development plan – both internally and in the field.
We are all very proud of how Wayne is applying himself to this new challenge!
